SportAccord Combat Games 2013 Technical Delegate Meeting The 2nd Combat Games will be held during 18th to 26th Oct 2013 in St. Petersburg Russian Federation. Kendo events will be held on 21st and 22nd Oct. This time, The Technical Delegate Meeting was held on 17th and 18th April 2013 St.Petersburg in Russia. AGENDA Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel, Saint-Petersburg, Russia Wednesday, 17 April 2013 10.00 – 11.45 Plenary Working Session Location: Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel, Hall C-D Questions to be discussed:  Sports Program – Common Approach  Sports Venues – Common Approach  Sports Equipment – Common Approach  Event Presentation at the venue(s) (i.e. TV, decoration, pictographs, etc.)  Accommodation  Accreditation centers  International and local transportation 11.45 -12.00 Coffee-break 12.00 – 19.00 Site Visits to Hotels & Sports Venues: Each TD will visit the official hotel, designated for the corresponding IF and from there he/she will be brought to the competition venue. SCC « Peterburgsky»: judo, aikido, sumo, fencing, kendo, wrestling SC : « Spartak »: taekwondo, wushu, karate, sambo SC : « Yubileiny » : kickboxing, muaythai, boxing, ju-jitsu, savate. During the visits, TDs will have the opportunity to discuss with LOC and competition managers of their sports the different aspects of the Event preparation, such as equipment, program, exhibition area(s), etc. Lunch for TDs will be delivered at each sports venue 20.00 – 22.00 Welcome dinner Thursday, 18 April 2013 9.30 – 14.00 Plenary Working Session I Location: Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel, Hall C-D Questions to be discussed:  Feedback remarks on site-visits of sports venues by each IFs Technical Delegate and general debriefing of the TD Meeting. 9.30 – 14.00 Plenary Working Session II (with participation of IEC, VGTRK and PR Department of WCG 2013 Directorate) Location: Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel, Hall A Questions to be discussed: International Broadcasting Campaign:  Host broadcasting / production of the live world feed. Venue plans are required, with the camera labelling and venue names in English, not Russian  Production format: Final confirmation  Fully equipped commentary position for English speaking world feed commentators s for each TV FoP integrated to the IBCC (International Broadcast coordination center)  Edit suite for production of the daily highlights show and event highlights show  2 x ENG crews available for the duration of the Event for integration of footage into the daily and event highlights show  Master tape recordings  Fibre-optic transmission routing between the venues and the IBCC (International Broadcast coordination center)  Names of participating Athletes availability  Confirmation of all competition formats  Unilateral (additional) production available from specific sports  ratecard for official broadcasters to rent services from the host broadcaster  Transmission arrangements by IEC
